python3-pytest: upgrade 8.3.5 -> 8.4.1

Add colorama (moved to oe-core from meta-python) and pygments to
RDEPENDS.

Note that 8.4.0 accidentally removed pytest.PytestReturnNotNoneWarning,
which seems to have broken some tests (e.g. python3-pytz). See:
