documentation: Prepared for YP 1.6.3 doc release.

Updated the following:

 * poky.ent - bumped the variables for 1.6.3
 * <manuals>.xml - updated the manual revision tables for
   June of 2015.
 * mega-manual.sed - Rolled the 1.6.2 string to 1.6.3 so links
   in mega-manual will work locally.
