python3-dtschema: upgrade 2025.2 -> 2025.6.1

- Fix a longstanding ordering issue with extracting type information
  from properties which have a reference to another property. 'mac-mode'
  is the one in the Linux kernel.

- Fix a false positive warning about missing
  unevaluatedProperties/additionalProperties
