documentation: Rename of poky-ref-manual folder to ref-manual.

Browse Source 
Changing the folder that holds the YP Reference Manual to be
"ref-manual".  This will help with confustion over the manual's
intended purpose.

This class checks to see if prerequisite software is present so that
users can be notified of potential problems that might affect their build.
The class also performs basic user configuration checks from

prevent common mistakes that cause build failures.
