4db556863d oeqa: Drop /git/ from our urls 
Using /git/ in our urls is rather old school and not the preferred format now.
Update the urls to the preferred form even if the other ones still work.

da344db43c patch.py: Prevent git repo reinitialization 
There were few bugs in the _isInitialized() function which might trigger
git repo to be reinitialized and patches failing to apply.
