5.10 has been replaced in oe-core by the 5.19 kernel. We drop
our bbappend accordingly.
Although 5.19 has not been fully validated, we also create a
5.19 bbapend as a placeholder.
5.15 is the default for these reference boards, so there is
no immediate change.
