This is the result of automated script conversion:
scripts/contrib/convert-overrides.py <oe-core directory>
converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

Otherwise .gir files installed in the sysroot will not be found when
multilib is in use.
for vapigen, it need to find .vapi and .gir files under XDG_DATA_DIRS,
for gobject-introspection, multilib configurations use libdir rather
than datadir

This class points the inheritor, if it is a target,
to directories in the target sysroot, so we want to
be sure the .vapi files are there.
