Update piglit to latest git revision and update the branch name,
since the original one is no longer updated. Make sure the VK
tests are only enabled if VK is also enabled in PACKAGECONFIG,
and that this is opt-in, otherwise older systems fail to build.

The Piglit test suite is approximately 2GB and because it's installed into
$libdir is added to the sysroot archive. Nothing links against Piglit so
there's no reason for this, so remove $libdir from Piglit's sysroot.

Besides checking DISTRO_FEATURES for required or conflicting features,
being able to check MACHINE_FEATURES and/or COMBINED_FEATURES may also
be useful at times.
Temporarily support the old class name with a warning about future
deprecation.

Fixes build for older versions of git (like on CentOS 7) which don't
follow redirects properly if the .git suffix is missing and cause
errors:

* test PIGLIT_BUILD_GL_TESTS depend on glx library, so depend
on x11, so respect the DISTRO_FEATURES, only enable it when
x11 is enabled.
* mesa-demos depend on libGL.so which is provide by recipe
mesa, but when x11 is disabled, libGL.so is not generated.
so we can only rdepend on this when x11 is enabled
* add x11 PACKAGECONFIG to add correct config/depend/rdepend

This can make the following recipes work with cmake:
cmake libdnf libcomps librepo createrepo-c llvm dnf libsolv assimp waffle
libjpeg-turbo taglib libproxy libical
And the following 3 recipes don't:
webkitgtk vulkan piglit
Now cmake.bbclass doesn't disble ccache any more, disable it in the recipes if
needed.

Simply override the install target, instead of reimplementing do_install.
Apart from being neater, this also stops the recipe expecting that cmake is
using the Make backend.

already in OE-core master):

Some EGL implementations do not actually ship all Khronos-
extensions. As it turns out, the Mali 450 driver does not
include any of the following symbols, used by the
egl_mesa_platform_surfaceless.c spec test:
* eglGetPlatformDisplay
* eglCreatePlatformPixmapSurface
* eglCreatePlatformWindowSurface
The Right Thing To Do was to obtain the implementation of
these functions (via eglGetProcAddress), as is provided
by their EXT counterparts. These are guaranteed to exist
since they are required by EGL_EXT_platform_base.

When linking against Mali 450 r6, errors like the following
can be seen:

../../../../lib/libpiglitutil_gl.so.0: undefined reference to `gbm_bo_map'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [bin/point-sprite] Error 1
This is due to gbm_bo_map() and gbm_bo_unmap() being recently
added but not yet implemented by all graphics drivers.
Instead of relying on GBM's version, actually try to link
against those symbols.

While building for Hikey using Mali 450 driver (r6p0), an
error like the following appears while linking:

[...]/aarch64-linaro-linux/gcc/aarch64-linaro-linux/6.3.1/ld: cannot find -lEGL
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[2]: *** [lib/libpiglitutil.so.0] Error 1
Mesa generally provides virtual/egl (along with virtual/libgl,
which satisfies Piglit's current DEPENDS) but that is not the
implementation to use with Mali.

Remove backported patches. Add runtime dependency for netserver
(as socketserver was recently moved there) and depend on
libxkbcommon (this is really only needed for wayland support
which could be made configurable).

When we use gold linker while DISTRO set to "nodistro", piglit build
fails with the following error:
