Assigning IMAGE_FEATURES="" in local.conf doesn't actually do anything
useful, as bitbake.conf has IMAGE_FEATURES += EXTRA_IMAGE_FEATURES after
the include of local.conf.
In this test case, this results in IMAGE_FEATURES still using
EXTRA_IMAGE_FEATURES, so the image contains the files installed by the
post-install-logging feature.
As the intention here is that container-test-image is as minimal as
possible, move the IMAGE_FEATURES assignment into the image itself so
it actually works, and update the expected file list to remove the
post-install-logging files.

The IMAGE_TYPEDEP variable would make more sense to match the form of the
other image override variables, convert it to use the overrides format.

Assumptions in the test mean it doesn't work with ssh-pregen-hostkeys.
It also doesn't work with systemd. Update the configuration to make
sure neither of these effect the test.

This adds SPDX license headers in place of the wide assortment of things
currently in our script headers. We default to GPL-2.0-only except for the
oeqa code where it was clearly submitted and marked as MIT on the most part
or some scripts which had the "or later" GPL versioning.
The patch also drops other obsolete bits of file headers where they were
encoountered such as editor modelines, obsolete maintainer information or
the phrase "All rights reserved" which is now obsolete and not required in
copyright headers (in this case its actually confusing for licensing as all
rights were not reserved).
More work is needed for OE-Core but this takes care of the bulk of the scripts
and meta/lib directories.
The top level LICENSE files are tweaked to match the new structure and the
SPDX naming.

These IDs refer to testopia which we're no longer using. We would now use the test
names to definitively reference tests and the IDs can be dropped, along with their
supporting code.

Having image-buildinfo enabled causes containerimage.ContainerImageTests.test_expected_files
to fail due to the presence of an unexpected file:
['./',
'./etc/',
- './etc/build',
'./etc/default/',
'./etc/default/postinst',
Tweak the class to allow it to be disabled and disable it from the test just in
case it was enabled.

New framework has different classes/decorators so adapt current test cases to
support these. Changes include changes on base classes and decorators.
Also include paths in selftest/__init__.py isn't needed because the
loader is the standard unittest one.
