VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_keymaps is defined in busybox init manager and also in
some package groups. Defining distro features in recipes is wrong.
Also this is not directly related to init manager.
So move all these definitions to default-providers.inc

We've been removing PR values from recipes at upgrade time for a while. In general
anyone maintaining a binary distro would end up having to curate these themselves
so the values in OE-Core aren't really that useful anymore. In many ways it makes
sense to clear out the remaining ones (which are mostly for 'config' recipes that
are unlikely to increase in PV) and leave a clean slate for anyone implementing
a binary distro config.
References are left in meta-selftest since the tests there do involve them and
their removal upon upgrade.

Possible options would be wpa-supplicant or iwd.
iwd is a wireless daemon written by intel and supported by all major network managers.
It can be run in standalone mode and configured with 'iwctl' from the terminal, and
with 'iwgtk' or 'iwdgui' from the gui. It can also work as a wpa_supplicant drop-in
replacement for network-manager, connman or systemd-networkd.
iwd makes heavy use of the kernel api, so it is not portable but does not need
additional external libraries like openssl.
The PACKAGECONFIG name for wpa-supplicant in the connman recipe is changed accordingly,
so that it also works there when WIRELESS_DAEMON is set globally.

The hdparm and (base) e2fsprogs are not always useful in all machines
having ext2 in MACHINE_FEATURES, so do not force them to b installed,
make them recommendations instead.

Including alsamixer, which is an ncurses based interactive program,
does not seem to make sense as a base package in embedded systems,
replace it by the command line mixer utility amixer instead; it is
scriptable and has no ncurses dependencies.

There are issues with multilib due to the ordering of events where some
functions see the remapped multilib dependencies and some do not. A significant
problem is that the multilib class needs to make some changes before key expansion
and some afterwards but by using existing event handlers, some code sees things
in a partially translated state, leading to bugs.
This patch changes things to use a new event handler from bitbake which makes the
ordering of the changes explcit.
The challenge in doing this is that it breaks some existing anonymous python and
dyanmic assignments. In some cases these used to be translated and no longer are,
meaning MLPREFIX has to be added. In some cases these are now translated and the
MLPREFIX can be removed.
This change does now make it very clear when MLPREFIX is required and when it is
not, its just the migration path which is harder. The patch changes the small number
of cases where fixes are needed.
In particular, where a variable like RDEPENDS is conditionally extended (e.g.
with an override), MLPREFIX is now required.
This patch also reverts:
base: Revert 'base.bbclass: considering multilib when setting LICENSE_EXCLUSION'
This reverts 6597130256a1609c3e05ec5891aceaf549c37985 as the changes
to multilib datastore handling mean its no longer necessary.

bluez4 was removed from meta-oe 2 years ago.
Simplfy the setup of the two level bluetooth and bluez4/bluez5
distro features by removing the bluez4/bluez5 distro features.
This also removes the no longer required bluetooth class.

Since wpa-supplicant is provided,
the database of permitted frequencies should also be provided.
wireless-regdb-static should be used with kernel >= 4.15.
wireless-regdb can be used with older kernels and is mostly
irrelevant here, but keeping it in meta-networking would
create needless recipe duplication.
This package was previously in meta-networking.

wireless-tools have been obsolete and superseded by iw for a very long time.
I've checked that images continue to boot and the graphical connman frontend
is still able to list wireless networks; there is no evidence that
wireless-tools are needed by anything.

hostap-utils is the userspace part of the Intersil Prism2/2.5/3 wifi driver,
which is a decade old and obsolete. Stop pulling it into all images via the
base packagegroup, BSPs which still need this driver can do that themselves.

As was discussed in the commit which adds iw:
iw uses cfg80211/nl80211, which is the way of the future. wireless-tools uses
WEXT, which uses ioctl, which is in deep maintenance mode. See
http://wireless.kernel.org/en/developers/Documentation/Wireless-Extensions.
Also https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/en/users/Documentation/iw indicates "The
old tool iwconfing, which uses Wireless Extensions interface, is deprecated
and it's strongly recommended to switch to iw and nl80211."
wireless-tools is kept as well for now for compatibility reasons, until we
have verified that all the network configuration mechanisms are using iw.
This adds VIRTUAL-RUNTIME_wireless-tools as a distro convenience.

The Linux NFC project aims to provide a full NFC support for Linux.
It is based on the neard NFC user space stack running on top of the
Linux kernel NFC subsystem.
The code generated using this recipe was tested on a ARM11 device, with
a kernel 3.6, using, for the NFC hardware, a USB dongle with the PN533
chipset (SCL3711)

* Bootloader selection (u-boot, redboot, etc.) is not handled using
feature selection anymore, so remove these packages
* Realistically there are no packages we can always know that need to
be installed for a screen/touchscreen these days, so remove these
