clang is stricter about function parameter types in its functions and
errors out.
error: incompatible integer to pointer conversion initializing 'gchar *' (aka 'char *')
Real problem is in createrepo_c code where funciton definition and
declaration scopes are different

After including time64.inc, createrepo-c was segfaulting on 32 bit architectures
when creating repo indexes (even for an empty repo).
Add a patch from Khem to fix this and some other compiler warnings related to 64
bit time on 32 bit.

An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to
convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest
were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in
linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak.

There is uncertainty about the default branch name in git going forward.
To try and cover the different possible outcomes, add branch names to all
git:// and gitsm:// SRC_URI entries.
This update was made with the script added to contrib in this patch which
aims to help others convert other layers.

In sdk, call createrepo-c failed with:

Since commit [ea666fbc74 createrepo-c: set path to magic database for
native and nativesdk] applied, the MAGIC is incorrectly assigned.
The variable datadir will be expanded automatically for nativesdk,
do not need to add prefix ${SDKPATHNATIVE} to MAGIC

The modifyrepo_c tool can use the magic database for input files
(e.g., if the file has no recognized extension) and fails if none
can be found.
This adds a wrapper that sets MAGIC to point to the proper place,
it also sets up MAGIC in the createrepo_c wrapper since that tool
also takes input files.

Version 2 of the recipe is not actually required by anything; the
lidmodulemd dependency in createrepo-c is optional, and the
libmodulemd feature is not used in YP.
