Update to the version from the gstreamer monorepo, bringing it back
into line with the other gstreamer revisions.
Drop the libsoup-2.4 dependency which disables the webrtc code, we
weren't building that anyway as it needs libnice enabled in
gstreamer-plugins-bad.

Resurrect sato-icon-theme and move to a version with scalable icons support
to replace adwaita-icon-theme which no longer supports the icons we need
for the sato desktop.

Switch to using current repository, switch to meson (following
upstream), rename the recipe like upstream.
Add a patch to install the player binaries.
