90cc6af0ba dnf: only write the log lock to root for native dnf
From commit 742a1b7124, log_lock.pid is writen to root, but following
file is not changed, which will make it never deleted, and an unexpected
file exist in root dir after boot target.

$ tail  -n 1 etc/tmpfiles.d/dnf.conf
r /var/log/log_lock.pid

Besides, root dir may be read-only, so it is better still
keep the log_lock.pid under /var/log, only write the log lock to root
for native dnf for fixing issue mentioned in 742a1b7124

8f4ebf2453 dnf: add dummy packages for testing
oeqa/runtime needs packages which are always built, but we don't want to
use packages which have large side effects (unlike the current test recipe,
run-postinsts).

As finding a package that is both of these things isn't easy, for now
dnf can generate its own. Moving forward this should be generalised and
all of the package manager tests unified.

c0583c6bfc meta: use ln -rs instead of lnr
lnr is a script in oe-core that creates relative symlinks, with the same
behaviour as `ln --relative --symlink`. It was added back in 2014[1] as
not all of the supported host distributions at the time shipped
coreutils 8.16, the first release with --relative.

However the oldest coreutils release in the supported distributions is
now 8.22 in CentOS 7, so lnr can be deprecated and users switched to ln.

ba2f6c64a1 recipes: Update github.com urls to use https
Github has announced there will be no more git:// fetching from their servers:

https://github.blog/2021-09-01-improving-git-protocol-security-github/#no-more-unauthenticated-git

and they're about to start having brownout periods to encourage people
to update. This runs the conversion script over OE-Core to update our
urls to use https instead of git.

0de9ceeafc dnf: default to disable systemd units
The services and timers are not useful if a repo is not configured.
In OE, we default to have no repo configured. So we default to disable
these units.

The problem was found by the test_systemd_failed runtime test case.
dnf-makecache.service is found to fail. This is due to lack of repo.
Note that as this service is started by the dnf-makecache.timer, it's
possible that test_systemd_failed passes in case the timer is not started

f74fd6dbcc dnf: update to 2.5.1
Drop 0001-Revert-proper-check-of-releasever-when-using-install.patch
as the problem has been solved upstream.

Add 0001-Move-releasever-check-after-the-etc-dnf-vars-substit.patch,
as the warning for missing releasever is issued prematurely in our case.

135afdff02 Revert "dnf: remove systemd units in nativesdk builds"
nativesdk builds now control the DISTRO_FEATURES (oe-core 731744) so this
workaround is no longer required.

This reverts commit 415b72ffcb.

415b72ffcb dnf: remove systemd units in nativesdk builds
If the DISTRO_FEATURES contain systemd then the systemd class won't delete the
units for us. Until the class is fixed to do this automatically, delete them
explicitly.
