Khem Raj	c439e56673	linux-libc-headers: Drop patches manipulating __UAPI_DEF_ETHHDR __UAPI_DEF_ETHHDR has been defined in kernel UAPI [1] and musl already defined it to 0 via [2] So these patches can now be dropped. Bruce Ashfield	f7a99d04e6	libc-headers: update to v5.4 Updating the libc-headers to match the latest LTS kernel. The delta from previous headers is as follows: - refreshed one patch for 5.4 context - added rsync to the native dependencies, since it is used during header install. Otherwise, everyting is the same. libc-headers: update to v5.4

Updating the libc-headers to match the latest LTS kernel.
