Added jquery and ajax functions to block screen and redirect to build page when import eventlogs is trigger
Added a new button on landing page linked to import build page, and set min-height of buttons in landing page for uniformity

Rebased from master
This feature uses the value from the variable BB_DEFAULT_EVENTLOG to read the files created by bitbake
Exclude listing of files that don't contain the allvariables definitions used to replay builds
This part of the feature should be revisited. Over a long period of time, the BB_DEFAULT_EVENTLOG
will exponentially increase the size of the log file and cause bottlenecks when importing.

Add a 'nobuild' option for starting Toaster without the project
and hosted builds support. This allows a Toaster host to provide
local build statistics without opening the host to external users
building projects.

As both modes can be used at the same time we can't have any
difference in UI between modes.
Removed all conditional statements that used BUILD_MODE.

Our title tags are all over the place, and have no relation to the page
content. This commit adds a meaningful title tag to each Toaster page.

The same landing page is shown for both analysis and
build modes. This means that users in analysis mode can see
options which are not available or broken in that mode.
Modify the landing page template to show a simple "run a build"
message if the user is in analysis mode and has no builds yet.
Also clean up the landing page HTML, because the indentation was
a mess and the HTML was invalid.

Change the Toaster screenshot we use in the landing page
to make sure it cannot be confused with the real interface.
Also, remove the MANAGE conditional we were using to set the
screenshot. We no longer have different applications for the
two modes, so it should no longer be needed.

We remove the "timespent", "errors_no" and "warnings_no" fields
in favor of computing the needed values at runtime. This prevents
inconsistencies in the UI.
Also removeing all references to BuildRequests from the interface -
all build details now display in the build dashboard.
Minor fixes related to data logging.

This patch brings in a new landing page to be shown
when there are no builds and no projects available.
The builds page now displays only only the builds part,
without the landing page bits.
There is a new projects page that displays the All Projects
table as specified in the design.
