When the license identifier tags were added, an incorrect string was used
and the Share-Alike clause was lost. Fix this to match the license
description in the files and add back the lost piece (its clear from
the history it should be there)

The Yocto Project docs was migrated from Docbook to Sphinx in YP
3.2. This 3.1 is an LTS release, and since 3.1 docs are 'close to'
the docs in 3.2, we agreed to backport sphinx docs onto 3.1.
This first patch brings all changes done in 3.2 until:
7f64574f7 README: include detailed information about sphinx
There are other changes after this commit, but they will be
selectively backported in individual patches.

meta-yocto commit 69ddecdb1516 [local.conf.sample: change default
MACHINE to qemux86-64] switched the default MACHINE from 'qemux86' to
'qemux86-64' but some documents which either explicitly mentioned the
default, or where this was implicit didn't receive an equivalent
update.
Where it made sense we continue this change in default to the docs. In
other places, such as the kernel-dev manual, we note the new default
and instruct the user how to switch back to 'qemux86'. Eventually we
should probably update the kernel-dev manual to use the default, but
for now the intention was to limit the impact of these changes.
Note that ext3 has also been replaced with ext4 for image generation,
so while we are modifying runqemu lines to qemux86-64 we also make the
change to reference ext4 such that the runqemu commands will function
properly.

I did some re-wording to account for when the user does a web
search for a manual and the search returns an ancient version
of the manual. Many times the user is oblivious of this fact
and is trying to use a version of the docs that don't come close
to matching the version of the YP.

Made the title page notes consistent across the manual set.
Made the author group information consistent as well. It is better
that authorship is seen as a third party and not tied to Intel
Corporation.

The customization layers were pointing to Sourceforge site for the
XSl files needed to build the manuals. Throuhgout time, this site
has failed me enough to warrent trying to get these XSL files from
some other source. Rather than ship the XSL files with the YP release,
we decided to create some mirrors and point the customization files
there.

The docs are not building on CentOS and we think it is due to the
XSL templates being called for the Eclipse parts. I located all
the "current" templates and switched them out for "1.76.1" version
as are used by the mainstream doc builds.

When you "make" the mega-manual, there were four tags across the
various manuals where the same string "id='intro'" occurred. This
causes warnings during the make process. I updated the strings to
be unique. There are no cross-references to these so no collateral
issues were caused.

I need to get back to how it was working and then fix the table
box issue from there. Using the 1.76.1 stylesheets makes the
build too long for the manuals and sometimes the XSL sheets do
not load.

This fixes the issue where the lines for the manual revision table
are not appearing. For some reason they do not appear when building
the docs using Ubuntu 14.10 and the "current" XSL transformation
files. So, I backed up to the 1.76.1 version, which is the nearest
version where the issue does not surface.
