Rename command events, adjust compareRevisions
...
- Moved the logic for comparing revisions from cooker into command
- Removed 'Cooker' from the event names
- Renamed the 'ExitCode' event into CommandExit, and changed CommandFailed to
be a subclass of CommandExit
