Jose Lamego	6e41816ddb	python3-pycairo: update to 1.15.3 ... python3-pycairo needs to be updated to latest stable release. Changes in this update: SRC_URI updated to new GitHub repository. LICENSE updated to LGPLv2.1 & MPLv1.1. LICENSE_FILES_CHkSUM updated accordingly to new License. inherit distutils3 replaced with setuptools3. waf-related instructions dropped due to use of setuptools3. py3cairo header file copied to "includedir" where it is assumed to be located by some dependencies.
