After enable tk via PACKAGECONFIG for python3,
there comes below error:

Extend libsm to nativesdk to fix this issue.

Now that we have recipe-specific-sysroots we don't need to exclude recipes from
world builds because they conflict with other recipes, as they'll all be built
with their own sysroots.

The patch tool will apply patches by default with "fuzz", which is where if the
hunk context isn't present but what is there is close enough, it will force the
patch in.
Whilst this is useful when there's just whitespace changes, when applied to
source it is possible for a patch applied with fuzz to produce broken code which
still compiles (see #10450). This is obviously bad.
We'd like to eventually have do_patch() rejecting any fuzz on these grounds. For
that to be realistic the existing patches with fuzz need to be rebased and
reviewed.

No need to inherit pkgconfig as configure doesn't use it, remove commented

Assume event queue is empty if another thread is blocking waiting for event.
If one thread was blocking waiting for an event and another thread sent a
reply to the X server, both threads got blocked until an event was
received.

libx11 build fails with this error:
fatal error: bits/long-double-64.h: No such file or directory
| compilation terminated.
This is due to the fact that "makekeys" should be compiled for the host
since it is executed at build time to generate ks_tables.h. Since we have
the X11 include files in the standard path of oe-core, we can remove the
X11_CFLAGS from Makefile.

What it needs it a dep on gettext-native for intltool-native
which now intltool-native expresses correctly
