Khem Raj	e20c9ea497	systemd: Implement OE-Specific systemd-sysv-install ... Support for chkconfig (--enable-chkconfig) was removed in favour of calling an abstraction /lib/systemd/systemd-sysv-install. This needs to be implemented for OE.
