An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to
convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest
were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in
linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak.

converting the metadata to use ":" as the override character instead of "_".

Since oe-core fa8950d0c the logic to turn a version into a directory name
doesn't work for versions which are too short.
Solve this by overriding gnome_verdir() to return the version as-is, as
that is what the directory is called.

Very small bug fix release.
Use --disable-umockdev: Testing is great but a single regression test
isn't really worth a new build dependency (that isn't in oe-core yet).

libgudev was split from systemd and is used by recipes in oe-core.
udev already provides libgudev as well.
The recipe is from meta-oe (Andreas Müller).
