In some scenarios (e.g. when "glib" removed from PACKAGECONFIG),
"${D}${bindir}" might not exist which caused `rmdir` to fail.

Final subset API is in place and if no issues are discovered,
it will be the stable subset API of HarfBuzz 3.0.0.
Old API is kept to ease transition, but will be removed in 3.0.0.
Various fuzzer-found bug fixes.
hb_buffer_append() now handles the pre- and post-context which
previously were left unchanged in the destination buffer.
hb-view / hb-shape now accept following new arguments:
--unicodes-before/after: takes a list of hex numbers that represent Unicode
codepoints.

harfbuzz binary package size increased from 624608 bytes in yocto 2.5 to
1365431 bytes in yocto 3.0. Most of the size increase is in the new
libharfbuzz-subset.so* library

Split it to its own binary package which will be installed if anyone needs it.
Effect to harfbuzz binary package size is:

harfbuzz shipped an old pkg.m4 which overruled the pkg.m4 from the sysroot.
This is now fixed upstream, but until another release is made delete it from the
source tree.
