Updated the kernel development flow diagram to have an arrow from
the repositories to the box that says you need to clone the
kernel repository. Also, provided some wording changes in the
end of the chapter.

Partial fix for [YOCTO #5368]
Updated the figure to not have the tarball method in there
for setting up poky repo locally. Also, added specific references
to the environment setup scripts.

This new directory contains the files for the mega-manual HTML
document. Mega-manual is a compilation of all the existing YP
manuals and guides. It is a single HTML file that simply lists
each individual HTML document for the existing YP manuals and
guides. The figures directory contains all the figures (duplicated)
from the individual manuals and guides.
