5875637ed2 apt: Fix do_compile error when enable ccache
Fixed:
apt-pkg/libapt-pkg.so.5.0.2: undefined reference to `ZSTD_endStream'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

This is because ccache-native depends on zstd-native which makes apt wronly
find it. Disable zstd for apt to fix the problem.

d4fb02ee8b apt-native: don't let dpkg overwrite files by default
With --force-overwrite (implied by --force-all), dpkg will not abort
when a package overwrites files from different packages. As this can
also lead to "The following package disappeared from your system as
all files have been overwritten by other packages: <package>" and
subsequently broken dependencies, this makes the simple case of
conflicting files hard to debug.

Instead of finding all possibly required force options, only disable
overwrite for now.

98e78f2e49 apt: refresh patches
The patch tool will apply patches by default with "fuzz", which is where if the
hunk context isn't present but what is there is close enough, it will force the
patch in.

Whilst this is useful when there's just whitespace changes, when applied to
source it is possible for a patch applied with fuzz to produce broken code which
still compiles (see #10450). This is obviously bad.

We'd like to eventually have do_patch() rejecting any fuzz on these grounds. For
that to be realistic the existing patches with fuzz need to be rebased and
reviewed.

man-in-the-middle attackers to download and install Trojan horse packages
by removing the Release signature.

4310088f23 apt-native: Add missing DEPENDS on db-native and curl-native
The target recipe has these DEPENDS but the native version does not
and this can lead to none deterministic builds. Fix this.

68f3a571f4 apt/package_mamager: Ensure WORKDIR is used for lists directory
The native sysroot should not be used as a store for the lists files since
multiple images running at once would conflict over this. Instead redirect
this to WORKDIR. This means some extra directories need to be created.

Also create apt.conf.d to silence some warnings.

cec8b230cf Replace one-line DESCRIPTION with SUMMARY
A lot of our recipes had short one-line DESCRIPTION values and no
SUMMARY value set. In this case it's much better to just set SUMMARY
since DESCRIPTION is defaulted from SUMMARY anyway and then the SUMMARY
is at least useful. I also took the opportunity to fix up a lot of the
new SUMMARY values, making them concisely explain the function of the
recipe / package where possible.

cbc12aac86 package_deb, apt.conf: fix apt failure in do_rootfs()
The changes in this commit, dc5f6c3898,
moved apt config directory from native SYSROOT to WORKDIR.
Unfortunately, Dir::Etc in apt.conf was not changed accordingly and
sources.list file could not be found during do_rootfs().

This commit fixes this issue.
