d7ff06986b meta-toolchain: Create task-poky-standalone-sdk-host and target tasks packages and use these in meta-toolchain to avoid package renaming problems.

40c209b79d Cleaned up task-poky and Poky images. 
By default we install task-poky-boot and task-base. Additional stuff was split
to several tasks and each got IMAGE_FEATURE.

8651fff8cc task-boot: added modutils-initscripts and update-alternatives 
- busybox use update-alternatives
- modutils-initscripts is small and needed for devices with kernel modules in minimal image

6b86555e70 task-oh, poky.conf: added nfs-server feature for images
