a0cf9a307a libmodulemd-v1: introduce the recipe 
Upstream has split version 1 of the libmodulemd recipe into
its own branch and removed version 1 from the master
branch and 2.x releases; as libdnf requires v1 of libmodulemd,
this commit introduces a v1-specific revipe.
