Rebase patches; dropped chunks (and cross-prop-default.patch)
have been removed upstream.
Move native-only patches to all-patches, as they're a pain to rebase
separately.

Unset LD, and do not set ld in cross file from LD as
new version of meson passes that value directly
to -fuse-ld=... which requires one of lld, bfd, gold.
