An automated conversion using scripts/contrib/convert-spdx-licenses.py to
convert to use the standard SPDX license identifiers. Two recipes in meta-selftest
were not converted as they're that way specifically for testing. A change in
linux-firmware was also skipped and may need a more manual tweak.

The bulk of hdparm is under a unique license. Set the correct BSD
version, and specify that the hdparm license is also used.

Currently only hdparm specifies stat as runtime dependency in oe-core.
But the stat hasn't any update since 2002. Replace it with coreutils as
runtime dependency since coreutils also provides stat program. Then we
can drop the stat recipe totally.
Also add a patch to fix stat path in wiper.sh.

Remove "-e MAKEFLAGS=" from EXTRA_OEMAKE to fix:
ERROR: hdparm-9.50-r0 do_package: QA Issue: File '/sbin/hdparm.hdparm' from hdparm was already stripped, this will prevent future debugging! [already-stripped]
ERROR: hdparm-9.50-r0 do_package: Fatal QA errors found, failing task.
The "-e MAKEFLAGS=" would cause submake can't get vars from environment,
The git log said that it was added for fixing a QA warning, but
everything is OK after remove it now.

LICENSE is recipe-wide so should be BSD & GPLv2, and then override LICENSE_${PN}
to just BSD as LICENSE_wiper is GPLv2.

This recipe currently relies on EXTRA_OEMAKE having been to set to
"-e MAKEFLAGS=" in bitbake.conf to operate. It is necessary to make
this explicit so that the default in bitbake.conf can be changed.
Unlike the other recipes that I've fixed recently, this one manifests
itself in a more subtle way by failing a QA check.

These recipes all had a long DESCRIPTION but no SUMMARY; since the
SUMMARY is often displayed alone by package managers and the default
value ("${PN} version ${PV}") isn't particularly useful, we should
always try to set SUMMARY.

Remove all PR = "r0" from all .bb files in oe-core. This was done
with the command sed -e '/^PR.*=.*r0\"/d' recipes*/*/*.bb -i
We've switching to the PR server, PR bumps are no longer needed and
this saves people either accidentally bumping them or forgetting to
remove the lines (r0 is the default anyway).

PRIORITY is no longer set in recipes in OE-Core, so remove it. (Since
"optional" is the default value from bitbake.conf, no PR bump is
necessary.)

As discussed on the mailing list, this variable isn't useful and if wanted
would be better implemented by distros using pn-X overrides.
This patch executes:
find . -regex ".*\.\(bb\|inc\)$" | xargs sed -i '/^PRIORITY = ".*"$/d'
against the tree removing the referenced. Thanks to Phil Blundell for
the command.
