Drop patches: 0001-Use-proc-self-exe-for-swig-swiglib-on-non-Win32-plat.patch (superseded long time ago by native wrapper) 0001-configure-use-pkg-config-for-pcre-detection.patch (autotools-specific) Drop all autoconf options and native python dependency as cmake configuration doesn't contain those.
