Alexander Kanavin 58b02e0c3c kmod: upgrade 32 -> 33 ...

Disable manpages, as they require scdoc, which is not currently
available in core (and adjust a related selftest).

Drop 0001-Use-portable-implementation-for-basename-API.patch
as upstream fixed the issue differently.
