Alexander Kanavin 651a82f26b sysprof: convert to meson build ...

Drop autotools-specific patches.

Rename polkit packageconfig option to sysprofd as 'polkit' does not
at all match what is happening.

Remove --enable-compiler-warnings, as the equivalent in meson
could not be found.
