Alexander Kanavin c84b0dbcd8 selftest: check that 'devtool upgrade' correctly drops backported patches 
There was a regression in this functionality that went unnoticed
due to lack of tests.

This layer is intended as test layer, used by scripts/oe-selftest and it's probably a mistake to include it in your builds (unless you want to run the script).
