Scott Rifenbark ec3aab7b04 documentation/kernel-manual: removed a figure and updated makefile ...

I removed the figures/kernel-big-picture.png file as it is not used
in the manual.  I also had to update the Makefile so that it would
not include this PNG file in the tarball.
