Adrian Freihofer 0305df4ec4 ref-manual: kernel-fitimage.bbclass does not use SPL_SIGN_KEYNAME ...

The kernel-fitimage.bbclass uses the UBOOT_* variables. The SPL_*
variables are handled by uboot-sign.bbclass.
