Alexander Kanavin 030c2b8df0 sed: upgrade to 4.7 ...

Drop both patches as they are no longer necessary.

Rewrite ptest support as it has been refactored upstream.

Ptest results:
TOTAL: 67
PASS: 59
SKIP: 8 (due to missing valgrind)
