Guocai He 7cd69bee25 minicom: correct the SRC_URI ...

In http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/m/minicom/, the
tarball of minicom_2.9.orig.tar.bz2 can not be found.
So the old SRC_URI should be updated.
