Yuanjie Huang 2eed76b73d mtd-utils: Fix alignment trap triggered by NEON instructions ...

NEON instruction VLD1.64 was used to copy 64 bits data after type
casting, and they will trigger alignment trap.
This patch uses memcpy to avoid alignment problem.
