Sujith H 8cad51965d bitbake: toaster: add local_source_dir field to model ...

Add a new field local_source_dir to model.
This will clearly differentiate us from the
vcs_url which is for git path.
Adding migration file 0010_layer_local_source_dir_path.py
along with this patch.
