Aníbal Limón 8573de63aa oeqa/sdk/cases: Fix skip of buildgcalculator test ...

The tc.hasTargetPackage uses a re.search to see if gtk+3 is on
the manifest but + in regex means 1 or more causing the test
to be skipped.
