Joshua Lock 108220137b bb/ui/crumbs/runningbuild: hide the progress bar on cache load complete ...

When we receive the CacheLoadComplete command we need to ensure the
progress bar is hidden as we can't expect the ParseComplete event, where
this would usually be done.

This patch makes the Goggle UI usable again.
