Paul Barker a6df56dc0a PR bumps to remove PRINC usage from meta-raspberrypi ...

This allows us to remove the following uses of PRINC in meta-raspberrypi:

recipes-bsp/formfactor/formfactor_0.0.bbappend:
    PRINC = "1"

recipes-graphics/xorg-xserver/xserver-xf86-config_0.1.bbappend:
    PRINC := "${@int(PRINC) + 5}"
