Saul Wold 1d505f2e10 Revert "qemugl: upgrade to git commit 33466cd83c2a9d7d3fb9fe437fb6a4d6fbd866b9" ...

This reverts commit 4bcba3fb12.
The qemugl is not building so I am reverting this update until
it's resolved.
