Alexander Kanavin 2077235f35 meson: update 0.57.2 -> 0.58.0 
Rebase patches; dropped chunks (and cross-prop-default.patch)
have been removed upstream.

Move native-only patches to all-patches, as they're a pain to rebase
separately.
