Alejandro Hernandez Samaniego e1e50ebc4e qemuarmv5: Drop QB_DTB conditional for older kernels 
The conditional for the DTB nomenclature hasnt changed
and the 4.7 kernel is old enough at this point, hence
this check has become unnecessary'
