Robert Yang 3fb15327eb strace: add PACKAGECONFIG for bluez ...

Fixed:
net.c:65:34: fatal error: bluetooth/bluetooth.h: No such file or directory
 # include <bluetooth/bluetooth.h>
                                  ^
compilation terminated.

And use "??=" rather than "?=" for PACKAGECONFIG.
