Ed Bartosh 2f8c8e4c31 bitbake: toaster: get rid of AllProjectsViewTestCase ...

Removed AllProjectsViewTestCase class as it had one method 'setUp'
and used as a parent for another class AllProjectsViewTestCase.

Moved setUp method to AllProjectsViewTestCase.
