Drop 0001-ppc_initreg.c-Incliude-asm-ptrace.h-for-pt_regs-defi.patch Drop 0001-musl-obstack-fts.patch (upstream has fixed the issues). Drop a few other chunks where upstream has fixed the issues or removed the code being patched. Adjust ptests to pass again. Subject: [PATCH] fixheadercheck

For some binaries we can get a invalid section alignment, for example if

|
sh_align = 1 and sh_addralign is 0. In the case of a zero size section
|
|
like
|
|
".note.GNU-stack", this is irrelavent as far as I can tell and we
|
|
shouldn't
|
|
error in this case.
