Daniel McGregor aacca1f010 meson: upgrade 1.2.1 -> 1.2.2 ...

The newly released version 1.2.2 adds version 17 to CMake LLVM
detection, so we will now choose the OE provided LLVM version
instead of the one on host during native builds.
