Trevor Gamblin 7e18a90d35 xeyes: upgrade 1.2.0 -> 1.3.0 ...

Use the sha256sum for the .xz archive instead of .bz2 because of
upstream commit bdd57f3. Add SRC_URI_EXT to match.
