Hongxu Jia 38d438c4af docbook-xml: add docbook-xsl-stylesheets 1.78.1 ...

About the config files (docbook-xsl.xml), we refered what Ubuntu 13.04 did,
so the xmlto could correctly search the xsl stylesheets.
